Bifold menus are essentially a cover with pockets on either or both inside panels for menus. Without adding a bar and screws or elastic, bifolds can only hold 1 or 2 sheets of paper. That said, they are very easy to change pages out of and offer a slim and durable option for a small menu, think dinner or lunch without too many options. Unlike most other menu covers, there is no folding of pages required.
Options
Bifolds can be made in any size, though the most common are easy sheet sizes to print the menu on: A4, A5, DL.
Acetate can be supplied to size to cover the menu if you’d like your printed sheets to last longer.
Slit corners or strip pockets can be included on either or both inner panels. If room for more than 2 sheets is required, the pockets on the inner back cover can be replaced with chicago screws and a bar, mimicking the function of a Paired Cover.
Alternatively, elastic can be run through the spine with eyelets, mimicking the function of a Carbon Rod cover.
